A new date for the flu vaccinations

The flu vaccinations have been postponed to Friday 6th December at 9am.
We apologise for the short notice, however we have only been advised this morning!

Can we also ask those parents who haven’t signed a consent form but still wish their child to have the spray, to sign a form from the office.

If you no longer wish your child to have the nasal spray then please ensure you have put this in writing and hand the letter into the office.
