Mouse Club

The Early Years Team at Partington Central Academy have recently joined the Parental Engagement Network, which is a social enterprise committed to supporting and developing the building of aspirational learning communities.

One of the many projects that they are involved in is ‘Mouse Club’ which is a home-school partnership project. From January 2020, we are going to be running a weekly Mouse Club enrichment session for both parents and children in our Early Years setting to attend.

Our aim is that by July 2020 all children attending either Nursery or Reception will have had the opportunity to take part in this project. Due to the number of children in the Early Years we will be inviting groups of children and their parents to attend Mouse club every half term, but please rest assured that every child will have the opportunity to take part in this exciting project at some time during either the Spring or Summer terms.

When your child is invited to participate in this project, they will receive a special Mouse Club starter pack which includes their very own cuddly mouse, a bag, a scrap book and other useful resources.

We look forward to rolling out this exciting new project in January 2020 and hope that many of you will join us.
