Additonal information regarding our Year 5 trip to Robinwood

Year 5 Robinwood Trip – Wednesday 30th October — Friday 1st November 2019

Children will come to school as normal on the Wednesday morning in their own clothes ready for Robinwood (i.e not in their best clothes). They need to bring their suitcases/bags to the Year 5 classroom when they arrive at 8.45 a.m. We will be leaving school at 9.30 a.m. The children may not bring any mobile phones, iPads or any other electrical items to Robinwood. The children may bring a maximum of £2 spending money that they are able to spend at the tuck shop. Please can we ask you not to send any food or drink with the children as this will be confiscated by Robinwood staff. We have now received all medical forms for us to administer medication for your children. If there is any additional please see the office or class teachers so the forms can be filled in. If your child has asthma you need to provide an inhaler from home, if your child does not have their inhaler with them we will not take them on the trip, as they need to have it with them 24/7 whilst they are there. Children do not need to bring a packed lunch with them as this is provided by Robinwood.

We should be arriving back at PCA on Friday 1st November at approx 2.30—3:15 p.m.
