Y6 Bikeability

Year 6 children will be taking part again in Bikeabilty (a cycling proficiency scheme) from Monday 3rd June 2019 to

Thursday 6th June 2019.

This scheme teaches your child to ride a bike safely on the roads in accordance with the Highway Code.

Please note that participation within this scheme is dependent upon the children’s behaviour. Children receiving regular warnings about their behaviour and consistent red warnings will not be permitted to take part, due to the nature of the scheme.

We need to be assured that they will behave respectfully in public, safely on the roads and listen to the qualified instructors.

A reminder will be sent out nearer the time.

For now can you please ensure that you have completed the form and return it to school as soon as possible, so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
