It’s important we have the correct information on your child’s files…

We cannot stress enough the importance of parents keeping us informed of any changes to your contact details.

Key information that we need to know:

• Who is the primary contact in case of emergencies? (n.b We need a minimum of 2 or more contacts please. We have a number of pupils who only have one contact.)
• Are there any changes to your mobile/work/home numbers?
• Have you changed your address?
• What is your email address?  (This is now an essential bit of information we need to collect from you).

We will be sending out data information sheets via SchoolPing over the next week.

Can we ask you to please check through your child’s data collection sheet and ask you to inform us of any changes?
