We cannot stress enough the importance of parents keeping us informed of any changes to your contact details – that includes changes to mobiles and addresses.
Data information sheets are always given out at every parents evening for you to check and we amend accordingly.
If texts are not being received it is because we either do not have the most up-to-date contact details for you – so please let us know.
However it’s important to note that text messages are only able to be sent to the (priority) contact on your child’s details – (not to each couple).
